Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi was born in Marilia, the mother city of Bradesco bank. He later joined The University of Sao Paulo where he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, science, and letters. His first job into the career was a banker on 1969. He rose through the bank hierarchical ranks all the way to the top. As soon as he was on the top, Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi created a corporate management university. He went around seeking for management renewals through talking to executives at all the levels of the bank.
